Arrivals NYC: Subway Times 4.0

Arrivals NYC offers real-time updates on train schedules for the subway stations closest to your location. The interface is streamlined, presenting a straightforward list immediately upon opening the app without load screens or menus. It automatically detects your nearest stops and displays upcoming train arrivals based on live data directly comparable to the information available on subway platforms. Users can tap on a station name to access walking directions.

The integrated Today widget enhances usability by providing instant access to train times. Once added to your Today view, it allows quick checks by swiping down from any screen, including the lock screen.

Currently, the MTA supplies real-time predictions for the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, L, and S lines. Additionally, it offers beta real-time data for the B, C, D, N, Q, R, and W lines. While functional, the service's coverage remains limited to these specific routes, and the reliability of beta data may vary.
